ReplyDeleteMy name is Fiona Grant and I am a teacher in the Manaiakalani schools in Tamaki, Auckland. I mainly teach classes to support blogging and Cybersmart Learning.
I watched your introduction video and it inspired me to think about how a screencast is an awesome option to create a blog profile or About Me for your blog. It was especially good to listen and see your introduction at the same time rather than just reading, well done.
I heard you say that some of the information is out of date in your current About Me profile. I have a suggestion for you to consider, let me know what you think.
Use Screencastify to create an updated About Me profile and post to your blog. Also include an updated profile picture in the post, maybe under the screencastify as this will display in the sidebar when and if you update your profile gadget.
This is a template I use with students to create a profile in Google Draw similar to a webpage. However, you could use the suggestions in this template to help create a profile using screencastify. Would this be helpful?
